The service-level objectives we commit to for Createrun managed cloud and Marketplace services. On-prem instances run inside your network — their status is yours to monitor (we provide health probes you can wire into your existing monitoring).
Committed objectives, stated plainly
The targets below are our committed service-level objectives. A real-time public status page is planned; until it ships, this page is the authoritative record.

These figures are targets, not live measurements. Historical uptime reporting begins when the planned real-time public status page ships; until then, any customer-impacting incident is communicated directly and documented on this page.
When an incident happens, we commit to a written post-mortem within 5 business days, posted here. To report a suspected incident or a security issue, emailstatus@createrun.com— security disclosures are acknowledged within one business day.
What counts as an incident
- Major:Customer-impacting outage > 5 minutes on a critical service.
- Minor:Degraded performance, retries, partial outage on a non-critical path.
- Maintenance:Pre-announced window with no customer-impacting effect (announced 7 days in advance).
On-prem instances expose health endpoints suitable for the monitoring tools you already run. A full observability stack — metrics, logs, traces and alerting — runs in every managed instance, and a turnkey deployment of the same stack is available for on-prem installations.
