Pricing built for how teams actually buy.
Free to install and run until you cross 100 employees or $50M revenue. Every capability in every tier. Paid plans change assurance — escrow, SLA, compliance — never features.
Three tiers, one platform.
Same runtime, same signed app packages, same full feature set in every tier — for your teams and for the Createrun Agent alike. What changes is assurance — the level of support, SLA, onboarding, escrow, and commercial rights wrapped around the product.

Four ideas that keep the bill honest.
No per-seat surprises, no feature paywalls, no proprietary cloud lock-in. The same shape works for a two-person startup and a thousand-seat enterprise.
Every feature, every tier
There is no feature gating — ever. The Createrun Agent, Marketplace publishing, on-prem deployment, integrations, SSO, audit: Community Edition ships the same product Enterprise runs. Upgrading never unlocks a capability, because nothing is locked.
Usage-metered, not seat-priced
Every author is free. Build as many forms, workflows, queries, and apps as you want — you pay for what you run, metered in Operational Resource Units (ORU), not for the people who design it.
Free until you're big
Community Edition stays free to install until you cross 100+ employees or $50M+ annual revenue. Thresholds are never applied retroactively — existing deployments are grandfathered with a grace period.
Enterprise buys assurance
Past the threshold, Enterprise adds what a business-critical platform demands: 24/7 support with SLAs, onboarding and training, source escrow, and a compliance documentation pack. Same product — added assurance.

One meter. Three steps.
Everything you run converts into a single transparent unit — the Operational Resource Unit (ORU) — so you can model next month's workload drivers from your own usage before any commercial proposal. The whole model fits in three steps.
1 · Install free, build without limits
You install free and build without limits. Every feature, every author, every environment — there are no per-seat charges and no locked modules, so the people who design and build never appear on the bill.
2 · Usage is metered transparently
Your apps' actual usage is metered transparently — one unit, visible in your admin console, no surprise line items. You control usage, you control cost.
3 · Subscribe when you're big
When your company crosses 100 employees or $50M revenue, you move to a subscription based on that usage — never on which features you're allowed to have. Enterprise adds assurance: SLA, onboarding, escrow, compliance.
Feature access is identical across every tier. What differs is assurance — support, SLA, onboarding, escrow, compliance, and commercial rights.
No credits. No quotas. No quote-only units.
Much of this category prices in opaque credits, per-request quotas, or units you only learn about after a sales call. Createrun meters one transparent unit and gates nothing: SSO, audit, and security capabilities are never paywalled, and they never move to a higher tier. AI model cost stays yours to control — bring your own key, or see it itemized on the same meter. Your finance team can model the bill from your own usage numbers before the first invoice. Final rates are agreed per contract; the unit model itself does not change.
Illustrative ORU model: how metering works in detail.
Illustrative model. ORU rate and rate card are provisional launch-seed values and are finalized per contract — use this to model workload drivers, not as a binding quote.
The three steps above are the whole commercial model. For teams who want to see the meter itself: one ORU aggregates measured backend usage — storage, database calls, bandwidth, build operations, version-control operations, and Createrun Agent actions. The same meter applies in every tier — Community Edition and Enterprise are metered identically. AI model tokens are itemized as their own line — bring your own key and that line is under your direct control.

Indicative only. ORU rate and rate card are provisional launch-seed values (1 ORU = $0.0005) and are finalized per contract. Enterprise and Partner assurance terms are quoted separately.
