Every package is cryptographically signed and verified before it can run — twice: by the publisher and by the store. If anything is tampered with anywhere in between, installation fails fast, before the package ever executes.

Every license is issued to a specific instance and verified at startup — copies don't run anywhere else. Renewals are seamless, revocations propagate automatically, and a failed upgrade rolls back on its own.

Instances check the Marketplace for new versions of installed apps and update through the same verified, dependency-aware path as first install — with automatic rollback if anything fails.
